A little background…
In the last 10 years, I’ve done it all - starved myself to be skinny, over trained, under trained, had injuries caused by lack of nutrition and improper training, had to take time to rehab those injuries and many times, had to start over. Now, I am constantly learning better ways to live, eat, train and stay pain free and I find a lot of joy in helping others do the same - THRIVE BEYOND FITNESS. Through certifications in Holistic Coaching, Neuromuscular Therapy and Personal Training, I now design programs to best fit the needs of each individual client.
